Currently we only have 1040 and 1040 SR forms plus booklets from the IRS. Most available individual tax forms and instructions can be printed at the library for $.20 per black and white page. Library staff are unable to provide tax advice.
You can print off IRS forms, instructions, or publications on their website. Links to select specific ones are below.
Business taxpayers can phone 1-800-829-3676 to order forms or request they be mailed.
A select few are available online (not most of the 1099 series and W series), but not all are printable.
Some business forms may be available for purchase at office supply stores.
The State of Minnesota doesn't supply forms or booklets to the library. Minnesota tax forms and instructions can be printed from their website. Links to specific ones are below.

Forms are available in person at the Minnesota Department of Revenue office at 600 N. Robert St. in St. Paul from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
The AARP Free Tax Prep web page has sites throughout Minnesota. All volunteers are certified by the IRS and AARP Tax-Aide. The State of Minnesota's Free Tax Preparation locations has additional sites listed.
The AARP Foundation Tax program also offers select free tax help online including the ability to submit questions.
