Registration for Online Auction (using Auctria)

PLEASE NOTE: THIS YEAR'S AUCTION WILL BE ONLINE ONLY! NO IN-PERSON BIDDING WILL TAKE PLACE AND NO CASH WILL BE TAKEN.

The following are instructions to our new online auction registration:

Hover the camera of your smartphone over the QR code below OR click the link below. You will be taken to our online auction site and there you will go to the register tab to sign up for our silent auction. In order to participate, you will need to fully register including using a credit card to be able to bid. Once you have registered, you will need to confirm your registration via email sent to you. Auctria does have an app that can be downloaded from the Apple and Google stores. Once downloaded, you can scan the QR code on this site to use on your smartphone.

After your registration is complete you will wait until the auction opens on December 13th at 9PM (following the holiday concert). You may begin to bid once the bidding window opens at 9pm.

The Auction will start on December 13th at 9pm and stay open until December 16th at 9PM. While the auction is closed at 9pm, if there is an item that receives a new high bid within 5 minutes of closing, that item's bidding window will be extended another 5 minutes. This will continue until bidding has stopped OR 60 minutes have passed at which time, the highest bidder will be winner of that item. You will then purchase online with the credit card on file (plus processing fees).

Please monitor the number of items you are bidding on as you are responsible for your personal account and bidding. You can look at your account to see where your current total is, what bids you are currently winning etc.

IF YOU ARE THE HIGHEST BIDDER/WINNER OF AN ITEM:

Items are only available for pick-up on Saturday, December 18th at 10AM-11AM. Pick up will be located at West Senior High at Music wing side doors (Theatre/Band doors). If you are unable to pick up your item or have a family member pick up the item, please contact us to make special arrangements. You may email either of the following: auction@tcwestchoirs.com or chair@tcwestchoirs.com. You will need to verify your winning bid by sharing your alert/announcement and have paid for that item on-line. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Some items will require ID/age verification and all items will require a signature stating item was received.
