Bridge Design Project

In this project, students were given option to work with a partner to design and build a bridge with Bridge Designer 2016, Solidworks, and wooden sticks and glue would be materials for the bridge. The bridge would have to hold at least 15 pounds and 18 inches long. The bridge has to withstand as much weight as possible and be efficient with the materials used. This helps teach the balance between safety and efficiency. Students will share their ideas with their partners to create their bridge.
