My Bio

I am originally from The Bronx, New York, moved south and graduated from Florida State University in 1984. I taught in Florida for twelve years, then one year in Alabama before coming to work at Rosman High School in 1997. I have been in Transylvania County ever since. My passion is diagnosing reading difficulties and helping students discover the joys of the written word.

I am married with three grown children, who attended Brevard Elementary, Middle and High Schools. I have 2 dogs, 1 cat and a flock of chickens.
