Educator Bio

Hi! Welcome to my class! I grew up in Winnsboro, SC and am a graduate of Fairfield Central High School. I continued my education at Clemson University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Science Teaching. I am married to Thad Sanders and we have 2 children, Hannah who graduates this December from Western Carolina University with her BSN, and Heath who is a student at Rosman High School.

I began my teaching career at Flat Rock Middle School in 1995. I moved to Transylvania County in 1999 and have been teaching at Rosman High School since 2001. In addition to teaching Science, I am the FCA adviser and Co-Adviser of the National Honor Society for our school.
