Educator Bio

I was born and raised in Murphy, NC. I was dually enrolled in high school and graduated from Tri-County Community College with my Associate in Arts degree before I received my high school diploma. I continued studying psychology, earning a Bachelor of Science through Berry College before attending Western Carolina University's specialized Masters program in school and clinical counseling. My passion is supporting students in a broad variety of ways; including working with them on building skills they need for social and emotional regulation. Tools which can grow and be carried with them, assisting them in their future lives, goals, and careers.
