Mrs. Bicio was born and raised in Transylvania County, and is a former student of Pisgah Forest Elementary! With 10 years of elementary education experience (2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade), Mrs. Bicio is very excited to step into her new role as the Multilingual Learner Specialist here at PFE!
