Bio

I have been with the Transylvania County Sheriff's Office since 2016 in various capacities. I took the SRO job at BES in December 2018. My service to the public began in 1998 by joining Cedar Mountain Fire/Rescue, then eventually moving to Connestee Fire/Rescue. I also started working for Citizens Telephone Company while still at Brevard High School. After graduating in 2000, I got hired on full-time at Citizens Telephone Company as a Lineman and eventually ended my career with Comporium in 2015 as a Multi-System Technician. Having been involved with the public since 1998 has helped me prepare for my role as a Deputy Sheriff. I am proud to have had the opportunity to serve my community and look forward to many more years of public service.

In our spare time, my wife and I enjoy watching our 2 daughters, Zoey, who plays Basketball and Softball at Rosman High, and Bailey who plays Softball at Brevard College.

 We also enjoy spending time on the lake, traveling, and pulling for the Georgia Bulldogs, Go Dawgs! and now Brevard College, Go Nados!  My goal is to hopefully influence the youth of our community in a positive way so that they may become productive members of society.
