Login to Google Classroom every day.
START each day by clicking on CALENDAR or the TO-DO list from the menu.
AT-HOME students are required to join scheduled live classes. If a session is missed, normal TCS attendance policies apply.
HYBRID students are expected to be on campus on their assigned days. Normal TCS attendance policies apply.
Hybrid and Remote students should contact the secondary office and their teachers if they plan to miss a live session.

Teachers will communicate each week which lessons will be live.
Students are expected to attend each scheduled live session. Normal TCS attendance policies apply.
Students should join each MEET with cameras on and the microphone on mute, unless otherwise instructed by the teacher.
Students should work on a computer, laptop or tablet.
Students may need to use headphones.
Students should dress appropriately for live instruction.
Students should be on time and sitting at a desk or table, ready for class.

Test Policy
Test Policy
HYBRID students should be ready to test in class on the next day they are on campus.
REMOTE students in HS credit courses are required to test in the administration office as close to the assigned test date as possible and within the same week. Tests not taken by Friday of testing week will NOT receive credit. Students should notify teachers anytime they plan to miss a class due to testing. Students are still expected to complete assignments on time.
BMA may be recited Thursday (one day early), Friday (due date) or no later than the following Monday that BMA is due.
Quarantined high school students should be ready to test on campus when they return.
REMOTE/Hybrid/Quarantined students in middle school will receive instructions from their teacher.

All students were given a school email address. The email and password given works for both Office 365 and Google Classroom. Students have access to Outlook email and other Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and much more.
Students can access this account at www.office.com or download the Outlook app (and other Microsoft apps) for the smartphone or tablet.
