We work extensively in the spring to try and make all schedules correct. If there is a mistake made on a schedule, a form will be made available online to fill out. This form is only available the first 10 days of school. Schedule changes will only be made after the completion of the first day of school. Schedule changes will only be made for legitimate reasons. We can only honor valid reasons due to the volume of requests made. An example of a valid schedule change reason is as follows: my student is in Spanish II and has never taken Spanish I. An example of an invalid schedule change reason is as follows: I need to be in a class with my friends.
All requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis. Classes fill up quickly, so make sure to complete the form. After ten (10) days of school, schedule changes cannot be made without principal's permission due to extenuating circumstances. According to state law, all other schedule changes made after 10 days will result in a grade of "F" on the official transcript.
