Worked 10 years in the private business sector, mainly in the paper industry, in Research and Development and as a Financial Analyst.
Taught Business and Computers for 7 years at Nekoosa High School and 11 years at Amherst High School.
Was head legion baseball coach for 9 years, winning the state championship in 1996; took second place at both state and nationals in 1999. Was head spring baseball coach for 5 years.
Currently teach Business and Computers at Tri-County High School in Plainfield, WI (since 2024).
Currently teach Microsoft Office and Economics classes at Mid-State Technical College for students pursuing their Associate's Degree (since 2010).
Currently teach Business and Economics classes at Lakeland University for both undergraduate and graduate students (since 2008).

Favorite hobby is deer hunting and I am an officer for a 29-member archery club.

I am happily married to Tammi and I have a son named Brandon. I also have a grandson (Henry), a granddaughter (Hailey), a Siamese Snowshoe cat (Sapphire), and a Balinese Snowshoe cat (Sterling).
