Hi! We are so glad you're here!
Recruitment is a process where potential new members (PNMs) meet sorority members and chapters through different rounds to give everyone the opportunity to find the place that feels right for them! We can't wait for you to get to know us!
GO GREEK! FIND YOUR HOME!
Whether you're looking to get more involved on campus, want to meet new people, make new friends, or find a supportive community, greek life will provide you with genuine connections and lifelong friendships! You never know until you try.
Day 1: Potential New Members have the opportunity to meet every Panhellenic organization on the first day of formal recruitment.
Day 2: Each organization shares their philanthropy, the experiences or personal connections to the philanthropy, and the different ways they give back to the community.
Day 3: Potential New Members learn more about the values of each organization and what it means to the sisters.
Day 4: Also known as "Pref," Potential New Members learn more about the chapter and hear how the organization has impacted the sisters.
Day 5: New Members will be welcomed home after accepting their bids!
"Recruitment is such an exciting and sometimes overwhelming process! You truly have to just be yourself and make connections with the sisters you speak to! Everything happens for a reason and everyone will find their place!"

"Stay true to who you are. You want to end up in an org that accepts you for you, and the only way to do that is to let your personality shine through. Follow your instincts and trust your gut and everything will fall into place!"

"My biggest advice for recruitment is to go in to it with an open mind and an open heart! If you are hesitant to rush or are scared, know that is a completely valid feeling! You're allowed to feel nervous but don't let those fears control you. Be who you are and everything else will follow. I believe everything happens for a reason."

"Go into recruitment as you, not who you think you're supposed to be. You don't need to change yourself to fit in because the right chapter will appreciate you exactly as you are! The chapter where you feel the most comfortable, confident, and truly yourself is the one that will feel like home because they see you for who you are."
