Welcome, Wee Bees!

As an SLP, I help students who have disorders in the following areas:  speech sound production, language, voice, pragmatics and fluency. Usually known as the 'Speech Teacher", a lot of people think of SLPs as the people who work on sounds.   We do fix sounds, however, a great deal of the students I work with have weaknesses with their language skills.  We use language every day and if a language deficit exists your student's performance in school will be affected! So in addition to producing sounds correctly, it's important for students to have good language skills to be successful in school.  I will strive to provide each student at Garrison Pilcher with the tools they need to become the best communicators they can BEE!
