Duties: Screen clients for benefits they are seeking; if eligible, explain the process, time frame, and costs involved with either USCIS, NVC, or other Agencies as required and discuss TCH fees.
If a client agrees to retain our services, we do forms, and we have a quality review after it is finished. Forms are mailed to the appropriate Agency, and a copy is given to a client upon request. We follow through with the client upon receipt of mailed notices and any required follow up with Agencies.
