Letters to clients are charged at the hourly rate of the provider
Court appearances and/or court letters are charged at $440.00 per hour, this includes research
Paperwork outside standard treatment plan will be charged at the hourly rate of the provider
Psychological testing is charged per hour.
Late fee's and Late Cancellations
Paper requests of medical paperwork charged at $0.30 per page to be printed and mailed.
