Are you dreaming about your full trick or treat bag with all the goodies? You have 45 minutes, to solve the Trick or Treat Breakout and then you can dive into all your sweets and treats! Ready Set Boo!

Halloween is celebrated in many countries on October 31. When the sun starts to go down in the west - it is the time to go trick-or-treating.


Spider Facts

Spiders are arachnids, not insects.

Spiders have 8 legs.

There are 40,000 different species of spiders.

Most spiders make silk to create webs and capture prey.

Abandoned spider webs are called cobwebs.

Spiders live on all continents except Antarctica.


Bat Facts

Bats are the only flying mammals

Bats are nocturnal (active at night)

There are 1,000 different species of bats.

Most feed on insects.

Some can live for over 20 years.

Bats 'see' in the dark using a special skill called echolocation.

Spiders are good for our ecosystem as they feast upon pesky insects. Which insect will the spider capture first?

The fly.

Or perhaps the blue and black beetle.

Next up could be the furry moth or the dancing dragonfly.

Or it could be a stinging wasp?



Do you like candy corn? Usually people either love it or hate it!

Candy corn was invented in the 1880's by George Renninger. It was first called "Chicken Feed." The candy corn boxes had a rooster logo and the slogan, "Something worth crowing for."
