Sign up for a Digital Access Card to get immediate access to Toronto Public Library’s digital resources and services. To be eligible for a Digital Access Card, you must live in Toronto and be 13 years of age or older. If you work or go to school in Toronto, you can’t register for a Digital Access Card at this time. Please visit a branch to register in person for a full-service library card.
