Instructions To Download PDF file: Move the pointer over the document until you see an arrow in the upper right corner of the document.  Click the arrow to expand the file, then in the upper right side of the expanded screen click the download icon or click the three dots to click on download.  Download the file to your computer, then go to where the file was downloaded and open the file from there by double clicking.
