This site is produced by the U.S. Department of Defense and has information regarding all six branches of the US military.

This is a job reference site run in conjunction with the New York State Library and the Department of Education. It has resources specific to working in NYS. If you're interested in working in another state, you will be able to find a site like this one. If you need help, don't be afraid to ask!

This site has a huge selection of "day in the life" profiles of many different jobs. They also have a self-assessment test based off of personality types.

Below are a wide range of Gale OneFile databases. They are all location specific- allow your device to share your location. The password for all of them is empirelink

All Gale databases have a Topic Finder tool that can be found in the Search Tools area. This is a great tool for narrowing focus.
