Alpha Chi is all about finding your community at NAU. We strive to evolve friendships through band programs, become service and leadership oriented, complete national programs, and promote women in music.
Our chapter has hosted the Western District Conference In 1982, 2002, and 2012. We hosted National Convention in 1997 and 2009 in cooperation with the Gamma Kappa chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi (NAU), the Omega Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma (UArizona), and the Beta Omicron chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi (ASU).
We were selected as a top ten chapter during the 1975-1977, 1981-1983, and 1995-1997 National Conventions. We were chapter of the year of the western district in 1998, 2013, 2022, and 2024.
