physical wellbeing means to be physically well as in sleeping well and eating well it means to exercise and grow physically strong. What I do to be physically well is bike to school every day, go mountain biking sometimes and play sports often.
Taha Hinengaro (Mental and Emotional Wellbeing)
Mental and Emotional WellBeing means to be mentally, emotionally well, within your head and your heart. To be well within yourself. What I do to keep mentally and emotionally well is read books often and also sleep a lot. Maybe give myself a break if I'm doing something physical or homework.
Taha Whanau (Social Wellbeing)
Social wellbeing means to be social is to connect with others and foster good relationships. How you keep social is to connect with other human beings and foster good relationships.
Taha Wairua (Spiritual Wellbeing)
Being spiritually well means to have meaning and purpose. It means to be connected and attuned with the world and all things.
