Cricket is a sport beloved by millions around the world, it offers numerous benefits to those who play it. In this discussion, we will explore the positive impacts of cricket on the human body, its physical and social benefits, the reasons to engage in the sport, the significance of iconic cricket ground Lord's, and the rich history that sets cricket apart from other sports.
RQ1: How does cricket affect the human body positively more than other sports, cricket can improve the human body more than any other sport and here's why. Cricket is a great way to get fit. Your balance will improve a lot as well. From batting in cricket you have to generate power through your body while moving at a fast pace. From this your balance will improve so much. Cricket is not just a game where you stand around and do nothing but a game where you have to be fit, have patience, and have good hand-eye coordination.
RQ2: What are the positive benefits of playing cricket? There are a lot of positive benefits from playing cricket there are way more than you may think there are. The sport provides various physical attributes such as speed, agility, eye-hand coordination, and endurance. From playing cricket you don't just develop physical skills but you become way more social and develop new friendships. Cricket also helps alot with your eye hand-coordination. The batsman has to look at the ball till he can decide where to hit it and send a message to your body to place itself accordingly while maintaining balance with footwork. From playing cricket you develop good eye hand- coordination, agility, stamina, and endurance and from learning these skills you can use them in other aspects of life, not just cricket.

Playing cricket doesn't need skill, all it needs is grit, determination, self-talk, and play with positive intent. Even if you are not a star player, Cricket is a great way to improve your social life with communication and leadership skills. When you play cricket the average person runs between 2-7 km a game so it improves your stamina and overall physical wellbeing. So if you play a full season of cricket you will be running between 30-100 km. When you get to professional cricket you get to play in massive stadiums all over the world and you get paid mega bucks a game. Some earn millions and some thousands of dollars a year and the sport has a great atmosphere for all ages to enjoy.

Lord’s is a very famous cricket ground in England, London. Lords cricket ground has a nickname "home of cricket”. Lords is the most famous cricket ground in the world with a capacity of 28000 people. Lords has the oldest cricket history out of any ground in the world, many great players have played at Lords, like Sir Don Bradman, Ricky Ponting, Shane Warne, etc. There Has been many great success at Lords like Graham Gooch 333 runs, Recce Topley 6-24 after 9.5 overs with two maidens against india in 2022. From the wide range of history at Lords and the great individual successes there has been success from 1909.
RQ5: Why does cricket have the best history than any other sport? Cricket has a wide range of history from 1909 to now. One of the greats to ever play the game of cricket was Sir Don Brdman he averaged 99 runs in test match cricket and the greatest player currently only averages 49. There has been many great success in cricket by the best players to play the game of cricket by brian lara he got 400* runs. Because of the great successes of the game and the greats of the game will be talked about for generations and generations which makes it the history of the sport better than any other sport.
In conclusion, cricket has a lot of positive impacts on the human body and offers heaps of benefits. It is a sport that will help your physical fitness, endurance, stamina, and balance. Cricket requires you to develop skills such as speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, and mental focus. Further on you develop new friendships and team work.
We did a PMI and this allowed us to gather information to answer our fertile question, How does cricket affect the human body more than any other sport? And this showed us that the best benefit is your Physical Health, Cricket changes your physical health astronomically. The positive benefits for your physical health are you will lower your chance of obesity, strengthen muscles and increase stamina and fitness. Unfortunately there are negative benefits and those are, Giving up family time, high risks for injuries, and too much cricket lowers life expectancy. Even though it has some negative effects it still has the best positive effects and overall it is the best thing for the human body. So our thesis to our fertile Question is How does cricket affect the human body positively more than any other sport is your Physical Health.
This here shows us the average life expectancy which was 61 years old from the data of all these cricket players. The most common death from all these cricket players is a heart attack. While playing cricket you always are finding ways to improve your body, but once you retire from cricket you don't keep the same schedule and you don't focus on improving your body but instead you relax and don't worry about that stuff which can lead to unhealthy eating, not excusing enough, etc. from those habits it can lead to 13 different types cancers, obesity, and heart attacks. So even if you're retired it is still good to keep your fitness up and healthy eating to live a happier and longer life.
