I do ADP at school and before school. As well as doing water polo thursday night and training on Saturday. I do waterpolo to keep my fitness up as well as ADP, it also keeps me have good mental health and good physical and also to build my strength up, it is also very good to hit the gym between the age of 13 and 17 because there is a lot of testosterone pumping through your body. being in the water is also very good for your muscles. I also play with my dog after school every day for at least 10 minutes .
How I keep up my mental health is I do outside activity and sports when activity it releases a chemical called Dopamine which makes you happy. I also play video games in my free time, Wich also has the same effect as being active. I try to get as much sleep as possible and I try to sleep in on the weekend. I also try to engage with my family. And friends in school and outside of school. I also try to try my hardest and have a positive attitude towards most things I do.
My family and friends are really important to me and who I am, I try to be a good friend and son, grandson, I always try to help people when they need it. But I think I could have a little more patient with them and try and not get mad, but that is something I am prepared to work on. I am not scared to be myself around my friends and family and try to embrace thier fun and cool side as much I can, But I think I need to try and hang with my mates a little more in my free time.
This part I am still working out. But what I do know is that I am always keen on anything, I am very energetic when I want to be and try to perform to the best of my ability, I do like video games but I also love going outside and going for a mountain bike with my mates or going for a swim. I try to be a good person, I try to respect my peers and alders as well as my mates, i try not to get into altercations with other people but if I need to I will stand up for myself.
