Reflection #3
Hudson's Inquiry
Reflect on how you went during your inquiry. What did you learn?
Explain how you worked toward your goals and how it helped your learning. What worked? What didn’t? What will you do differently next time? How did you improve from the last inquiry? Was your topic choice good or could it be better?
Write your reflection here...
My third Inquiry went well I think this was because I did not improve and ended up getting a worse grade.
The Philosophy Inquiry was really useful as it taught me how great thinkers create the world.
I think my topic choice was Philosophy because it is how our world is managed and governed.
One of my goals was to have a better bed time by working on this goal it helped me to improve my learning because it improved how I worked and how a managed my time.
The goal I did the best with was the be time goal the reason it went so well was because I managed my sleep time with an alarm clock.
I was a bit frustrated with how one goal went because its was not a S.M.A.R.T goal.
Next time I will make sure all my goals are S.M.A.R.T this will help me because achieving my goals next term.
Evidence of Term 2 goals being met.
Copy and paste all relevant evidence in the form of screenshots or written explanations of what was done to achieve your 4 goals for Term 2.
e.g. Test results, teacher feedback, parent feedback, peer feedback, your own explantion of things you did etc.

Thank you, Hudson, for your Inquiry and presentation. There is evidence of the Inquiry processes having been attempted. Not all of the steps have been completed. Your goals were to complete Inquiries to a high standard, go in depth and use all resources available. In answering your fertile question you should:
- Show evidence of use of expert. You have talked about using Mr Cass as an expert but this is not evident in your Inquiry. Mr Page is a teacher here at school who is a follower of Stoicism. I mentioned him to you. Why did you not interview him?
-Many tasks, including your report, are thin on detail. Reflection notes should include words like 'because....' so you can explain your thinking. Your report should be building towards answering your fertile question and requires a lot more detail and discussed or referenced sources.
I think you are a capable student. It's important to take on teacher feedback to help achieve at the level you are capable of.
