Below are some considerations for hot meals:
(For prepared meals or catered options)
Large trays of pasta dishes (spaghetti, baked ziti, pasta with meat sauce)
Chili (meat or vegetarian)
Soup or stew (hearty varieties preferred)
Rice dishes (chicken & rice, rice bowls, jambalaya)
Casseroles (tater tot, shepherd’s pie, chicken & stuffing, hashbrown casserole)
Roasted or baked chicken
Vegetable sides (green beans, mixed veggies, corn)
Rolls or cornbread
Mac & cheese
Taco or burrito bowls
Pre-made sandwiches (ham, turkey, peanut butter & jelly if food safety allows)
Hot food should arrive fully cooked and can be delivered hot or cold.
Meals should be brought in large aluminum pans if possible.
Label dishes with ingredients (for allergies).
Please avoid dishes with strong allergens unless labeled (nuts, shellfish).
