Sizzling Chili & Cook-Offs: The legendary Chili Tent sponsored by Illinois Beef returns as your ultimate chili connection! Eat on site or drive thru and take out! Plus, get ready for high-stakes competition in our ICS-Sanctioned Chili Cook-Offs sponsored by Red Door Spice Co., featuring top chili cooks from across the region and nation.
Bustling Vendor Market & Shopping: Stroll through a packed vendor market and enjoy incredible local shopping on the Square! It’s the perfect weekend to support local and visiting merchants and find unique treasures.
The Chilli Pepper Pageant: Cheer on our brilliant contestants as they take the stage to add sparkle, talent, and fun to the festival weekend!
