Sometimes you may get locked out of your TurboTax account but possess access of your Turbotax User ID/ Email Id. Recover your Intuit Turbotax Account if you can't Sign In, simply

1. Visit to Turbotax Sign-in page.

2. Now, put in the account details.

3. Look at yout Email/Text message platform, here you'll get a verification code.

4. Put in your ZIP COde, DOB, Social Security Number or other details asked.

5. Further, go ahead with on-screen instructions.

6. Finally, your Turbotax.com Account Recovery is completed

Remember if you've tried more than 14 times to sign in your Turbotax account, try again after 14 minutes of your last attempt to Turbotax Sign In.

Besides, if you've forgot Password then go directly to Turbotax Sign In page.

1. Click on the "I forgot my user ID or password".

2. Now, put in the Email Address, User Id & Password.

3. Hit 'Continue' & open the email you've received.

4. Nextly, tap on the "Restore password".

5. Type in New Password & "Reset Password".

6. Confirm it & move ahead.

7. Eventually, your Password has been reset now.

For situation when forgot password option too doesn't function, visit to Turbotax Sign-In Help page. Here, put in either Phone Number, Email Address or User ID.  Further, put in the Verification code to recover your Turbotax account.

This Verification code is generally sent to you either via Email or Text message.

Still, you find issue with Verification code, then you must ensure to enter the latest code into the Turbotax help page. You can try again by clicking on  'I didn’t get an email' or 'I didn’t get a text message'.
