Turbotax 2024: Install TurboTax with License Code

Download Turbotax Software

• Simply navigate to Turbotax 2024 official website.

• Put in your Email Id & Password.

• Now, choose required Turbotax Product- Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business.

• Then, select Operating System- Windows or Mac.

• Click on the 'Save' button to begin download.

Activate Using License Code 

• After your File is saved, double Click on the downloaded file to launch installer.

• Thereafter, click on the ‘Lets activate it’ button.

• Now, put in the 16-Characters Turbotax License Code into the space allocated.

• Further, moe ahead with on-screen instructions to install the software on your PC.

• Lastly, hit the 'Continue' button.

 Where Do I get License Code?

Turbotax License Code is important to setup Turbotax for filing tax return on your device. It is a 16-Characters alpha-numeric combination (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). 

• Search for License code on the CD sleeve or packaging material.

• Check your Email to get Turbotax License Code if you've bought Turbotax Software.

• Check the Electronic receipt either to look for it.

• For Taxpayers preparing Tax return Online, License Code is not needed.

Turbotax Download with CD

To begin installing Turbotax with CD, close all the programs running in background,

1. Insert Turbotax CD into the CD drive.

2. Now, press Windows+R keys.

3. As Run Windows appears, click on the 'Browse' button.

4. Now, search for the CD in your CD-drive & click the setup.exe file twice to install Turbotax software. 

Get Turbotax on Mac using CD

For installing Turbotax 2024 on your Mac using Turbotax CD

1. Put in your Turbotax CD into the PC's drive.

2. Now, drag the checkmark icon into the Applications Folder by following the on-screen instructions.

3. On the ' Your product is installed, now let’s activate it' screen, put in License Code.

4. Lastly, tap on the 'Continue' button.
