How do I access my Citi account?

Get started with Citibank online Bank service at online.citi.com that offers an intuitive interface to meet your Banking needs. All you need is to register account by-

• Visiting Citi bank online portal.

• Hit the 'Register' button.

• Now, enter Credit/Debit Card Number.

• Fill in all the details demanded including ZIP Code, SSN, Date of Birth & other.

• Further, complete the prompts shown on-screen.

Citi Bank Card Activation 

• Once you've activated your Citi bank card, you can continue your shopping through online portal too.

• Login your CITI Account online.

• Under your Account Settings, tap on the 'Account Services'.

• Now, tap on the 'Activate Card' button.

• Further, you are required to put in details like - Card Number, last 4-digits of SSN, date of birth & other relevant details.

• Go ahead with prompts ahead & confirm your identity.

• As your CitiBank card online get activated, you'll receive Confirmation mail online. Shop using the card!

• For making purchases online, add to Cart any desired item to be purchased.

• While making Payment, selec the 'Credit Card' as your Payment Method.

• Thereafter, provide all the relevant information - Card Number, CVV, Biling address.

• Upon confirming your details, the amount will be deducted from your Credit Card. 

Alternatively, you can add CitiBank Credit Card to your Mobile Wallet too. And make Payments online through it.

How do I access my Citibank credit card statement online?

 Getting details of your Citi Credit Card details is simple. It requires user to 

1. Navigate to online.citi.com website.

2. Enter your login credentila for setting up your Id.

3. Now, on the Page that loads, tap on the ‘View Account Summary’ tab. This leads you to another page.

4. Further, click on the type of Account you wish Statement for.

5. A PDF version of the Citi's account holder's bank statement will appear. 

6. Scroll down the page, enter details & format to save, in case, you need to download the Statement.
