There are a number of teachers within our Hillcrest Kaahui Ako who have valuable skills and knowledge to offer. If you have a particular area of knowledge that you are able to share with other teachers, please do add your name to our Internal Matrix of Expertise. This is intended to be a resource for our schools, so that we share our knowledge and together grow and develop in our professional pedagogy.
This was a wonderful opportunity to hear a Laughton speak about dyslexia and what it is like for the dyslexic learner. Those who attended the professional learning opportunities offered gave very positive feedback around Laughton and were inspired by his passionate delivery and heartfelt message. Laughton is very happy to work with schools on an individual basis and you are able to contact him at laughton.king@win.co.nz.
