I am so excited to have your child in my class this year! We are going to have an awesome year full of fun and learning. My main goal is to help your child grow both academically and emotionally to be the best version of themselves by the end of the school year!

This is my 19th year of teaching at Weaverville Elementary School and I have loved every minute of it! I am a grandma to two beautiful children named Huxley and Kinsley. I am sure you will be hearing a lot about the two munchkins throughout the year from your child lol!

Homework will be at least (20) minutes of reading per night which can be done in the after-school program or at home. Students will be going to reading groups according to their ability and more information will be coming home soon from your child’s reading teacher.

I will love your child like my own and I look forward to seeing all the growth that they will make throughout the year. Please feel free to call or text me with any questions or concerns that you may have throughout the year.
