Meet The Coaches

Coach Archer

Hello, my name is Kurtis Archer, and I am the Assistant Coach of the boys' and girls' soccer teams. This is my 3rd year as the assistant coach, and my 5th year in Tattnall County Schools. I am not just a coach, but also a high school Social Studies teacher, where I teach Honors Government, 10th Government, and Advanced Placement Government. I am a proud graduate of Tattnall County High School and have also earned a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State. I am married to Patricia Archer. I am genuinely excited and optimistic about the upcoming season and the potential it holds for our teams. I look forward to a great season. 

Solita Hayes

I am the Head Boys/Girls Soccer Coach. I also serve as a Lead Sped Teacher for the Warrior Academy. This is my 19th year at NTMS. I graduated from Hanua American High School in Hanua, Germany. I am a Triple Eagle/Alumni of Georgia Southern and a Teacher Leadership degree from Walden University. This is my 5th year as Head Coach of the NTMS Soccer team. I am married to James “Peanut” Hayes and have four children, Jamie, Ashley, Stephen, and Regan and a grandson name Hayes. I look forward to a great season!
