Tasmania Energy Metals was founded by Dr Pierre Richard, and our technical approach builds from his PhD research into process innovation. Our R&D recognises that process innovation is not only about the performance of each individual “module” (that is, each single process), but can also benefit from the “architectural” arrangement of how those modules are put together. The reinforcing interactions of this architectural type of process innovation can have a multiplier effect on system performance.
