The Academy, Selsey is proud of its annual Careers Fair, held in the autumn term. If you would like to be involved in the Careers Fair, or any other careers activities, please contact Miss C Willshire, Careers Co-ordinator, chris.willshire@tas-tkat.org Other options include:

delivering a 20 minute presentation/Q&A session with GCSE students focusing on your career or business;
host an on-site visit for a small group of students;
being an interviewer for our Futures Interviews events;
being a mystery guest at our What's My Job? event;

The Careers & Enterprise Company

The Employer Standards for careers education provides a rigorous framework that enables businesses to understand what good careers education outreach looks like. Self-assessing against the framework will enable you to plan and structure engagement, ask the right questions, connect and share peer expertise and engage effectively with young people in schools, special schools and colleges. It will also allow you to benchmark yourself against others and access resources to support you progress. Click here to view the framework.
