Submit Your Paper

Before submitting your manuscript to ICDXA 2025, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items. 

1. Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the ICDXA 2025 Paper Template. Follow the guidelines given in the template correctly. The paper template can be acquired here.

2. All manuscripts must be written in English. The main text should use 10-point Times New Roman, with bold, italic, or underlined text permitted where appropriate. Figures and tables should maintain a minimum font size of 8 points. Maintain 1.0 line spacing with no spaces between paragraphs. The format must comply with IEEE template guidelines and the paper should not exceed 6 pages in length. 

3. To ensure a fair and unbiased review process, authors must anonymise their manuscripts by removing all identifying information, including names, affiliations, and acknowledgments. Any references to grants or funding sources that could reveal authorship must also be omitted. Any manuscript that violates the anonymization rule will be desk-rejected. Please verify that your manuscript adheres to these requirements before submission. 

4. Submissions must represent original work that has not been published previously or is under review elsewhere. AI-generated content including research data, references, or images is strictly prohibited Please ensure that the similarity rating for your manuscript does not exceed 20%. 

5. This conference uses IEEE Citation Style for its citation and reference style. Any citation should be indicated by consecutive numbers enclosed in square brackets, such as [1]. These numbers should correspond to the order in which references first appear in the manuscript.
