General Guidelines

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore (SCOPUS-indexed) for publication. Inclusion in IEEE Xplore is subject to IEEE’s review process, scope, and other relevant terms and conditions.

Accepted Paper Registration

Authors may proceed with registration once the official notification of acceptance has been received.

Payment Guidelines

Before making your payment to ICDXA 2026, registrants are required to check off their payment's compliance with all of the following items. 

1. Bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant and are subject to the policies of the remitting bank.

2. Proof of payment must be submitted to icdxa@tarc.edu.my.

Once payment is made, please send a proof of registration and payment receipt to the icdxa@tarc.edu.my for record purposes.
