Spiral Camp is an affordable weekend retreat led by Sebastian Grubb and Shira Yaziv. We blend multiple physical modalities and training strategies to help participants improve their movement quality, learn new skills, and connect with others.

Presenting the January 2022 Teachers!

This Winter Camp all sessions will be led by Sebastian Grubb and Megan Lowe. We are thrilled to have Megan joining our teaching team, bringing her incredible skill and experience with acrobatic dancing and architectural movement! Shira is likely not be able to attend/teach this year as the event is too close to her giving-birth due date.

Sebastian Grubb

Sebastian is stoked we can all gather again to move together! He'll be leading classes in grounded contemporary dance, contact partnering, functional anatomy, and evolved fitness. Learn more: bodywagging.dance and sebastian.fit

Megan Lowe

Megan is a dancer, choreographer, performer, singer-songwriter, dance filmmaker, teacher, and administrator, with Chinese and Irish ancestry woven into the fabric of her being. She creates dances with an affinity for site-specificity and dynamic partnering, that demonstrates the “intensely-physical, curiously-playful, delightfully-weighty rigor of physicality” (Life as a Modern Dancer).
