Attention!!!

1. Presenters will receive a blank name tag with their presentation number at the registration desk. Please fill your affiliation and name.

2. The presentation number will indicate the location where your poster should be displayed. Please confirm your presentation number and post your poster by 1:00 PM. Pins will be available at the registration desk.

3. The running presentations will begin immediately after the opening remarks. Presenters should line up on the left side of the venue and wait 

(especially those with presentation numbers 1–10, who should be at the waiting area by 1:00 PM. Those with numbers 11 and above should move to the front and line up when the presenter with the number 10 before theirs begins their presentation).

4. The running presentation time is strictly 2 minutes. If you exceed 2 minutes, the slide will automatically change to the next presenter's slide 

(the 2 minutes include the time to move, so if you are sitting in the designated seat, you will waste time, so please prepare and wait at the waiting area).

5. Presenters do not need to operate the slides. When you want to move to the next slide, please ask the chairperson, “Please move to the next slide.”

6. The core time for poster presentations is 15:00–15:45 for odd-numbered presentations and 15:45–16:30 for even-numbered presentations. Please wait at your poster during this time. Poster removal must be completed by 16:30–17:00.

7. The closing remarks and award ceremony for outstanding presenters will begin at 17:00 in Room 232. Please attend.

8. Ballot papers are included in the name tag holders. Please write the presentation number of the presentation you find most outstanding on the ballot paper and deposit it in the ballot box prepared at the registration desk by 16:30.
