Running presentation file submission

Presenters should summarize the content of their poster presentation in 2 minutes or less and deliver an oral presentation in accordance with the presentation number. No time extensions will be granted; if the time limit is exceeded, the next presenter's slides will be displayed. Presentation numbers will be listed in the abstract booklet (scheduled to be uploaded around August 20). 

• Deadline: August 10, 12:00 

• Format: Presentation materials for the running presentation should be PDF slides of 3 pages or less (size: 16:9 landscape). Slide projection will be handled by the organizing committee. 

  • Name the file as "YourUniversity_YourName.pdf "

    • e.g. Hiroshima_Masaru_Ichihashi.pdf

• Submit to:

  •  JDS office, Faculty of Agriculture, Kyushu University (agri.jds.kyudai@agr.kyushu-u.ac.jp) 

Those wishing to conduct a rehearsal should do so between 11:00 AM and 11:45 AM in Room W5-232. 

Posting of your posters

• Format: English poster slides (poster board size: 180 cm (length) x 90 cm (width): 1 vertical A0 sheet or 16 A4 sheets can be attached

• Posters must be affixed to the designated poster boards by the morning of the presentation day and will be taken down at 17:00.

• Post your poster on the board with your presentation number on it (pushpins, etc. will be provided by the secretariat)

• During the core time, participants must remain in front of their posters for questions and discussions.
