We've gotten some really nice feedback from the families who've received the Farm to Family Food Boxes. A foster parent said that our donation was "awesome and much appreciated." The kids look pretty happy too. Boxes included fresh bread, NM eggs, local veggies, local grass-fed and finished beef, apples, potatoes, flour, blue corn meal, rolled oats, granola and watermelon.

We designed, built, assembled and distributed 3 Sisters Garden Kits. These included, blue corn meal, recipes for it and a few kale recipes; Anasazi beans, zucchini seeds, blue corn seeds for planting - each in their own packet; planting instructions and explanation of the Three Sisters. And, all of this was in English and Spanish.

We will be giving out Garden Packets with seeds, blue corn meal and recipes at Taos Municipal School Lunch Bus Drop-off Points in the coming weeks. This Blue Corn Meal comes from Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico.

Anjel and crew have been erecting the new high tunnel greenhouse at Arroyos Del Norte Elementary in Arroyo Seco, NM.
We're preparing for full production of spring greens, tomatoes, basil, peppers, cucumbers for the students meals.
This will be not only a growing, but also a teaching space.
