• High School Internship Program Packet 
  The complete guide for students, families, and host organizations, including program details, expectations, and all forms below.

• Internship Agreement 
  Outlines student expectations, professional behavior guidelines, school policies, and liability terms for participating in the internship program.

• Internship Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 
  A formal three-way agreement establishing the official partnership between the student, the school, and the worksite. It outlines learning objectives, safety protocols, schedule parameters, and designated supervisor contacts.

• Internship Time Log
  Tracks and verifies the official hours completed at the host site to fulfill program requirements and academic credit. Submitted to Internship Coordinator with Progress Reports. This is only due December 10th, if you would like to earn credit by the end of first semester.

• Internship Progress Report – Fall Semester
  Evaluates the intern’s performance, attendance, growth toward learning objectives, and professional skills (e.g., communication, punctuality, initiative). The Fall report provides mid-year feedback. This is only due by December 10th, if you would like to earn credit by the end of first semester.

• Internship Progress Report – Spring Semester
  Evaluates the intern’s performance, attendance, growth toward learning objectives, and professional skills (e.g., communication, punctuality, initiative). The Spring report tracks cumulative growth and final progress. This is only due by May 1st, if you would like to earn credit by the end of second semester.
