Manpower Volunteers Needed
We are getting a brand new gym floor!
In order for the company to pour the new floor we will need volunteers to help dismantle and reassemble our school bleachers on the Saturdays before and after April Vacation. The dates we need assistance are Saturday, April 19th and Saturday April 26th. To put your name on the list please for either or both dates call 508-867-8774 or email sayerl@tantasqua.org.

For those of you with School Choice Grade 6 students, you will need to apply for School Choice for Grade 7.
All new invoices for ASP, BSP, and Pre-K will be sent out by the end of the month.
Payment must be received by the due date to continue use of the programs.

Brookfield Elementary is looking for RN substitutes!
Brookfield Elementary is in need of RN's for substituting in the health office and attending field trips. Being a sub Nurse in the health office includes but is not limited to; administering scheduled medications and treatments, providing nursing assessments, providing first aid and communicating with parents and staff. Not all field trips require an RN to attend, however, if one is needed you would be responsible for observing, assessing and treating a student(s) with a diagnosed condition. Substitute Nurses will be paid $175/day. Please complete this FORM if you are interested! Parents/Guardians are welcome to sign up just for their child's class trips!
Schedule your child’s next dental visit at Brookfield Elementary!
On Friday April 11th, the Smile Massachusetts mobile dentists are offering in-school dental care at Brookfield Elementary. In order for them to make the visit, they need 15 participating students. If you would like to sign your child up, please go to www.myschooldentist.com to complete the registration online OR print the permission form and return it to school. All insurance is accepted including Medicaid and CHIP. For those without insurance, a low cost self-pay option is available. Please let Ms. Lindsay or Nurse Julie know if you need a printed permission form sent home!
