Please be sure your child is bringing a snack to school! We have had many children come to the Main Office and Health Office asking for a snack for classroom snack time. We do not regularly stock/provide snacks.

Brookfield Elementary is looking for Nurse substitutes!

Brookfield Elementary is in need of RN's or LPN's for substituting in the health office and attending field trips. Being a sub Nurse in the health office includes but is not limited to; administering scheduled medications and treatments, providing nursing assessments, providing first aid and communicating with parents and staff. Not all field trips require a nurse to attend, however, if one is needed you would be responsible for observing, assessing and treating a student(s) with a diagnosed condition. Substitute Nurses will be paid $175/day. Please complete this FORM if you are interested! Parents/Guardians are welcome to sign up just for their child's class trips!

Plan ahead! Schedule your child’s Fall dental visit at Brookfield Elementary!

On Tuesday October, 14th the Smile Massachusetts mobile dentists are offering in-school dental care at Brookfield Elementary. If you would like to sign your child up, please go to www.myschooldentist.com to complete the registration online OR print the permission form and return it to school.
