During this Memorial Day, I want to take a moment to thank all of those who have had a hand in our freedoms today. We have to protect that herritage by also taking on the responsibility of nurturing and protecting those who are now in our care.

6th grade Helpers
Sixth grade students have been an amazing help in Ms. Choquet's Kindergarten class this year!
Kindergarten Walking Field Trip
The kindergarten class had a fun week and enjoyed a walking field trip to the town library
Third Grade Field Trip to The Ecotarium
3rd Grade Parents and Guardians!
As your child transitions to the 4th grade, the Health Office will require the following health records next year:
1. Physical exam within 12 months of 9/2026. If an appointment is scheduled after this date, please let me know it is scheduled and forward a copy of the physical exam at that time.
6th grade Parents and Guardians!
As your child transitions to the 7th grade, the Junior High Health Office will require the following health records:
1. Physical exam within 12 months of 9/2026. If an appointment is scheduled after this date, please let me know it is scheduled and forward a copy of the physical exam at that time to the Junior High Health Office.
2. Proof of immunization: Tdap and meningococcal vaccine for entry into grade 7
If your child has already had a physical exam and immunizations after 9/2025, you may send it to me and I will add it to their health record.
