Hello, my name is Catherine Stern.
I came to Burgess Elementary School as a Math Intervention Teacher in 2010 after teaching for seven years elsewhere. I was, and still am, very excited to be here. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a BS in Communication Disorders in 2001. I went on to pursue my Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Saint Joseph's College and graduated in 2004. I love teaching and I love Burgess!

I live in Sturbridge with my husband, two daughters, and a dog. I love iced tea, chocolate, and sitting by a hot fire.
