Billing & Payments

Families receive Extended Day statements by email based on recorded attendance. Our billing cycles run from Thursday-Thursday.

First child: $6 per hour. Additional siblings: $2 per hour.

• AM care ends at 8:30 AM.

• PM billing begins at 3:00 PM.

• Credits and prior balances are reflected on statements when applicable.

Payments are made through UniPay. 

Extended Day receives electronic confirmation when a UniPay payment is completed. Families do not need to submit a printed receipt unless a payment appears to be missing or they would like an additional paper record kept as a backup. 

If something on a statement does not look correct, please email o'connort@tantasqua.org before submitting an additional payment so the account can be reviewed.
