I am a Pastry Chef turned educator. I attended
Southeastern Louisiana University where I graduated with a degree in General Studies with a minor in Family & Consumer Sciences and Education. I earned my Pastry Chef credential from Delgado Community College, while I worked in the culinary industry for 15 years. Over the years I mentored ProStart competition teams, and rediscovered my passion for education. I am certified to teach Family & Consumer Sciences, Culinary Arts, Chef Training, and Physical Education.
