Our committee members have arranged speaking practices for our members. Through these discussions, we hope that everyone gets to practise speaking in English and be a confident speakers of English. 

 A range of topics and issues are discussed in these sessions! To encourage you to join, there will a small gift distributed at the end of the session.

🔥Objectives:

• to develop an understanding of what debate is

• to train students in persuasive writing and public speaking, including overcoming stage fright, speech structure, organization, argumentation, rebuttals, debate strategy, delivery skills, and impromptu speaking

• to learn how to brainstorm and develop arguments, write and deliver speeches, and be prepared to respond to rebuttals during a debate
