Module Overview
Module Overview
The goal of this module is to have participants use their critical thinking skills to evaluate and propose solutions to food insecurity issues and its effects on the residents of Brazos County. Participants will be able to access PowerPoint presentations, videos, and links to resources to further their knowledge on food insecurity, nutrition, hunger and sustainability. Mastery of the subject material will be evaluated through Service Learning Projects and online quizzes. Written feedback for assignments will be given through email once the assignment has been graded.
