Dr. Jeong’s team has won the NCHRP 15-71: Contingency Factors to Account for Risk in Early Construction Cost Estimates for Transportation Infrastructure Projects. He will collaborate with Dr. KC Choi and Dr. Doug Gransberg. This 2 year project will start in July 1, 2020.
Dr. Jeong received the 2019 most valuable researcher of the year award, Department of Construction Science, Texas A&M University.
Texas A&M College of Architecture endowed professorships, which support holders' teaching, research, and service initiatives and Dr. Jeong holds the James C. Smith CIAC professorship.
