Using RoadRunner by MathWorks, this project revolves around creating road networks and a 3D virtual environment of Texas A&M's RELLIS Campus that are compatible with automated driving simulators and game engines, including CARLA, NVIDIA DRIVE Sim, Baidu Apollo, Unity, and Unreal Engine. This virtual environment provides a research and education platform to develop and test autonomous vehicle technologies. It also lays the foundation towards a digital twin of the RELLIS campus and beyond.
